The Charter Township of Flushing Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings at the Charter Township of Flushing, 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, MI 48433 at 6:00 P.M. on Monday, October 5, 2026 to consider:
- Special Use Permit for a First Stop Gas Station at 8490 W. Mt. Morris Rd, Parcel No. 08-02-300-009, pursuant to 36-18 Special Use Permits
- Special Use Permit for Micheal Oleyar at 8333 W. Francis Rd, Flushing, MI 48433, Parcel No. 08-02-100-024 to service and sell small equipment for homeowners, pursuant to 36-18 Special Use Permits
You may attend this meeting if you desire, but if you are unable to attend, you may submit a letter to this office prior to the meeting stating your position.
