The Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees will hold the SECOND READING AND POSSIBLE ADOPTION for
Amendment to Roof Mounted Solar Zoning Ordinance 36-420. (B) 4. Be installed in a manner that maintains required roof access, clearances and emergency access, in compliance with applicable building code and fire code requirements
on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, 6:00 P.M. at the regular Board of Trustees meeting at the 6524 North Seymour Rd., Flushing, MI 48433. A complete copy of the proposed ordinance is available for public review at the Township Office during normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and is also available on the website.
