The Charter Township of Flushing had a first reading of an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance at the Planning Commission Meeting on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. The second reading will be Thursday, October 13, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at the Board of Trustees Meeting.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO REZONE PARCEL 08-12-000-008 FROM C-2 GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT/RU-3 RESIDENTIAL URBAN HIGH-DENSITY DISTRICT TO RU-2 RESIDENTIAL URBAN MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT. THE PROPERTY ADDESS IS 7533 N. MCKINLEY ROAD, FLUSHING, MI 48433.
