Take notice, at the meeting to be held Thursday, December 14, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, MI 48433 (810-659-0800) the Charter Township of Flushing Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing to consider the creation of a special assessment district comprised of approximately 30 parcels of real property located in the Beech Tree Subdivision of Flushing Township to pay for the repair and repaving of Beech Tree Lane and Beech Tree Court located in Flushing Township. The properties under consideration to be included in the special assessment district are identified as the following tax parcels: 08-34-400-007, 08-34-576-001, 002, 003, 004, 005, 006, 007, 008, 009, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, 026, 027, 028 and 029. The plat map of the proposed special assessment district, a list of each property proposed to be included with address, parcel number and current owner, the cost estimate prepared by the Genesee County Road Commission and the proposed resolution for possible adoption by the Flushing Township Board of Trustees on December 14, 2023 is available for viewing in the clerk’s office.
