BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING DATES
MARCH 2024
TO THE TAXPAYERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF FLUSHING TOWNSHIP:
The Board of Review of said Township will meet at the Office of the Supervisor at 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, MI, for the purpose of reviewing the Assessment Roll and hearing any objections hereto.
FOR AN APPOINTMENT CALL 810-659-0800 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
March 5TH, 2024 – Organizational Meeting Only – No Public Appeals -1 p.m.
PUBLIC APPEALS:
- Monday March 11th @ 9 am to 3 pm. This time is required per state law.
- Tuesday March 12th @ 4 pm to 8 pm.
- Wednesday March 13th @ 4 pm to 8 pm.
In lieu of personal appearance before the Board of Review, appeals can be submitted in writing to the Assessor by mail or email (assessor@flushingtwp.org) before 6:00 p.m. on March 13th, 2024.
2024 Tentative Assessment Ratio is 50% and the Tentative Factor is 1.0000.
