BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING DATES
MARCH 2025
TO THE TAXPAYERS AND PROPERTY OWNERS OF FLUSHING TOWNSHIP:
The Board of Review of said Township will meet at the Office of the Supervisor at 6524 N. Seymour Road, Flushing, MI, for the purpose of reviewing the Assessment Roll and hearing any objections hereto.
FOR AN APPOINTMENT CALL 810-659-0800 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M. MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY
March 4TH, 2025 – Organizational Meeting Only – No Public Appeals -12 PM
PUBLIC APPEALS:
- Monday, March 10th @ 9 AM to 3 PM. This time is required per state law.
- Wednesday, March 12th @ 3 PM to 9PM.
- Thursday, March 13th @ 11AM to 2PM.
In lieu of personal appearance before the Board of Review, appeals can be submitted in writing to the Assessor by mail or email (assessor@flushingtwp.org) before 9:00 PM. on March 12th, 2025.
2025 Tentative Assessment Ratio is 50% and the Tentative Factor is 1.0000.
